Responsible for GEHC North region EHS management.

Job Description

1. Knowledgeable of EHS regulations that impact operations.

2. Ability to manage and influence organization culture, personnel, and EHS programs at multiple locations. Able to influence, motivate, and communicate to employees in a dispersed work environment.

3. Maintain compliance with local EHS regulations, as related to operations. Coordinate EHS training, lead EHS compliance audits, and maintain EHS records. Ensure resolution and effective closure of all regulatory findings within 30 days.

4. Ensure all GEHC required tools, programs and management systems are properly implemented and that EHS work plans/documentation required to support programs and management systems are comprehensive and up to date. Complete required reports timely and with 100% accuracy.

5. Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of the organization.

6. Provide technical expertise EHS Framework2.0 programs, EHS teams/committees, management and employees to implement best in class EHS programs

7. Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS programs, utilizing best practices and changes in technology.

8. Participate in GEHC EHS conference calls, meetings, teams and task forces in order to proactively share best practices across GE Healthcare.

9. Participate in Business-level Audit program, and Internal Audit Mechanism

10. Work within GEHC Quality Policy, ensuring a clear commitment to quality and compliance and participate in that commitment through everyday actions.

11. Responsibility to lead EHS team or coaching , operation excellence , and team performance .

12.Work as RSO and responsible for region radiation compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above; 10+ years working experience

2. Formal qualification in Occupational Safety & Heath; Environmental Engineering; related field; or relevant experience.

3. Experience and proven track record of successfully leading safety, compliance, and environmental programs.

4. Auditing qualification and/or relevant experience

5. Demonstrated ability to lead process implementation in a team environment.

6. Fluent English communication skill with Global Team in both oral and written.

7. Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills .

8. Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and drive multiple programs.
