Job Description:

They are responsible for ensuring that area assigned/machine runs smoothly, hits required capacity and produces high quality products. Also ensures area is properly maintained. 

Responsible to handle assigned machine(s) and ensure certification badges is always updated and should be certified at least 1 process/station(s). 
Delivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, meeting the required utilization/capacity on his/her station. 
Escalates/reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty. 
Responsible to ensure good set up and isolation of stations with minor problems like set-up and probe related issues in reference to OCAP’s 
Responsible that all machine downtime, lot history, real time transaction, splitting and merging of lot are being carried out must and must be logged in MES. 
Responsible to ensure all assigned machine(s) are always running on acceptable level. 
Responsible for the quality of his/her products, preventing any quality issues in the line and aiming for zero lot rejection. 
Responsible to inform immediate supervisor for emergency situations such as unable to report for work, filing vacation leaves and sick leaves. 
Responsible to handle machines based on Man Machine Ratio ensure certification badges is always updated. 

Delivers the required output on his/her assigned station based on device requirement. 
Follow special instructions with reference PPO & closely monitoring of urgent/ expedite devices. 

To maintain good housekeeping on his/her assigned area. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
