Location: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Dayshift
About the Role
We are looking for a Fraud Risk Analyst focused on operational fraud detection, data analysis, and performance integrity.
This is not a customer-facing financial fraud, KYC, AML, or transaction-monitoring role. Instead, you will analyze operational and employee performance data, identify suspicious patterns or process manipulation, investigate potential risks, and help strengthen fraud controls through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employee performance and operational data to identify potential fraud, manipulation, discrepancies, and unusual patterns.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations, including root cause analysis of identified risks.
- Correlate performance KPIs with available data and employee behaviors to identify potential integrity issues.
- Prepare fraud and risk reports and maintain accurate investigation trackers and databases.
- Recommend action plans and process improvements to prevent or minimize fraudulent activities.
- Conduct security, compliance, and process audits, including random floor walks.
- Assist in delivering Fraud Awareness, Social Engineering, and Data Privacy training.
- Support fraud investigations and administrative hearings when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling investigations and whistleblower cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fraud prevention and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in fraud, risk, audit, compliance, QA, or a related field.
- Experience as a Quality Analyst, Trainer, SME, Audit/Compliance Analyst, or similar operational role is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with performance data, reports, and audit findings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City.
- Amenable to a dayshift schedule.
Important Note
This role focuses on operational and employee-related fraud risk—not customer KYC, AML, credit, or financial transaction monitoring.
If you're an analytical professional who enjoys investigating data, identifying patterns, uncovering process gaps, and using insights to prevent operational risk, we'd love to hear from you.
