The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
• Maintain positive and professional attitude.
• Abiding with all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service and intoxicated guests. 
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations. 
• Must be RAMP certified. 
• Able to work entire shift, in full costume, without accommodations.
• Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. 

 

Qualifications

 

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent employment in related position is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time.
• Pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time. 

Working Conditions

24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.

Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
