Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product features, developing short and long-term strategies, identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience, and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy. Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.
The associate joining us in this role will lead the Consumer Credit Card early month on book (EMOB) strategy, driving customer activation, spend, feature adoption and relationship deepening during the first year following account opening.

Responsibilities:
Owns EMOB performance across Consumer Credit Card portfolios
Develops strategies that drive activation, digital engagement, digital wallet adoption, rewards engagement, recurring spend, and primary card positioning
Translates performance trends into actionable strategic recommendations
Partners with product, rewards, marketing, digital, analytics, and risk teams to prioritize growth opportunities
Develops business cases and monitors initiative outcomes
Establishes a KPI framework and executive reporting for EMOB
Drives roadmap development for onboarding experiences
Influences enterprise initiatives impacting onboarding, communication orchestration, and client journeys
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of strategy development or product management experience
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Must be able to concisely summarize key observations, clearly articulate considerations, propose solutions
Self-starter, curious and eager to move the business forward whether the work is "yours" or not
Ability to think both strategically and tactically and implement when needed
Ability to engage across business lines and develop strong working relationships with business partners and all levels of management
Demonstrated out-of-box thinker. Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to drive innovation and unique solutions
Exhibit a strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persists despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influence
Understand product performance metrics, revenue and expense opportunities, and business case analysis

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
