Junior Sales Advisor LATAM
This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

We are looking for highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advisors who are interested in developing their professional careers in a dynamic, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment. In this role, you will be responsible for advising prospective students across Latin America via phone and email, helping them choose the English language program abroad that best fits their academic and personal goals. Your work will directly contribute to the student experience and to positioning Kaplan as a leader in international education.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized sales advice to prospective clients (no cold calling), ensuring their needs are aligned with our academic offerings.
• Manage client follow-up and sales opportunities through Salesforce and other internal platforms.
• Achieve and exceed individual, market, and KPI targets established by the organization.

Requirements
• English proficiency (B1/B2).

• Interest and affinity for the travel, education, and language learning sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary and unlimited monthly commissions (uncapped earnings).
• Initial 2-week onboarding process, with ongoing training and support from the sales team.
• Automatic promotion to Sales Executive after 6 months in the role and upon meeting established performance goals.

General Information

• Location: Carrera 19 #95-20, Bogotá, Colombia (100% on-site).
• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
