POSITION SUMMARY
The HRE Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Regional Support Department and its HREs. Responsibilities include payroll and bonus processing, pay administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, system access, equipment and inventory management, fleet coordination, travel, event planning, office and facility setup, and business licensing. The role requires maintaining accurate records across platforms and processing pay and system updates on time. Reliable means of transportation required to support travel across multiple HGE locations. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are representative of the work performed in this role. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
- Process weekly HRE payroll, including time entry and bonus processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines.
- Administer training pay, self-source pay, and referral bonuses, maintaining accurate records of earnings and payouts.
- Post daily sales statistics to support visibility into HRE activity and performance.
- Onboard and offboard employees, including establishing and deactivating Slack and MyHGE system access.
- Process role changes, promotions, and pay increases, and prepare related communications.
- Set up and provide training for Sales Pro users.
- Monitor dispatch and install compliance.
- Order, set up, and distribute equipment such as ladders and laptops, reset iPads and process account adjustments.
- Provide material support to HREs, including polos, estimate sheets, and welcome packets.
- Maintain gear and inventory documentation and manage office supplies.
- Review and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with fleet management, including submitting monthly vehicle maintenance sheets.
- Arrange travel for HREs and resolve travel-related issues, including traffic violations.
- Visit potential office locations and coordinate setup, including furniture, wifi, and utilities.
- Order furniture and equipment for new and existing office needs.
- Oversee office branding, decoration, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate building services such as electrical and plumbing.
- Submit customer payments to Accounting.
- Manage miscellaneous business licenses and permits.
- Plan and coordinate events, including travel, setup and teardown, ordering supplies, and communicating with third-party vendors.
- Run miscellaneous office errands, such as FedEx shipments and key duplication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all systems and platforms used by the Regional Support organization.
- Employees are expected to perform the essential functions of the position while meeting established quality, productivity, and service standards.

TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY
- Payroll and time-tracking systems, and standard office suite software, including spreadsheet applications.
- Fleet management software for submitting vehicle maintenance sheets.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple proprietary and third-party applications concurrently.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative, coordination, human resources support, payroll, or operations support role preferred but not required. On-the-job training is provided.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is performed primarily in an indoor office environment and includes occasional event-related work involving travel, setup, and teardown. Employees must be able to communicate effectively; use a computer and telephone for extended periods; remain seated for prolonged periods; occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach; and lift, carry, and move equipment and event materials of moderate weight, such as iPads, laptops, ladders, and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.
COMPENSATION
$20.00 an hour + monthly bonuses
