We are recruiting for a driven, energetic and people-focused aspiring property agent to join our busy Canary Wharf office as a Trainee Lettings Agent.  No two days will be the same as you connect with landlords and tenants, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate deals and play a key role in helping people find their next home. With industry-leading training, ongoing support and clear opportunities to progress, we’ll give you everything you need to build a successful and rewarding career in property.

 

 

 

 

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf, you will receive:

• £28000-£30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Canary Wharf:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
