About the Role:
We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Officer to join our Global Compliance Care Enablement team. In this role, you will help drive and strengthen our Ethics & Compliance Program across the Global Medical technology Business segments and the Global Medical Office. ensuring that business activities are conducted with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
You will act as a trusted advisor to global business stakeholders, providing guidance on compliance-related matters, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the implementation of global compliance initiatives. As part of a global Ethics & Compliance organization, you will play a key role in fostering a strong culture of ethics and accountability while contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes, policies, and training programs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance Program across the CE.
- Monitor, analyze, and assess business processes, transactions, and organizational structures to identify compliance risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and business functions on compliance-related matters and risk management.
- Deliver and coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives for employees.
- Support the adaptation and deployment of global policies, procedures, training programs, and compliance tools at the local level.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and other key stakeholders to promote ethical business practices.
- Support and lead local compliance projects, investigations, monitoring activities, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development of global compliance initiatives by coordinating local market insights and feedback from local organisations around the globe
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of compliance principles, risk management, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professional judgment.
- Cross Functional Project Management experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel when required.

The indicative annual base salary for this position starts at €36,000. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
