What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an SMB Sales Leader within our Fleet & Vehicles payments division. This position falls under our CCS line of business and is located in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will lead CCS’s digital and Inside Sales growth engine across Czechia and Slovakia. You will own digital acquisition targets, Inside Sales performance, lead generation, CRM discipline, commercial campaign execution and early customer activation. CCS is evolving from a legacy fuel card provider into a broader fleet and mobility partner. We combine fuel payments, telematics and digital services, while developing new fleet intelligence and electrification propositions for SMB customers.
The role does not own Field Sales. It supports Field Sales through better leads, stronger pipeline visibility, clearer sales processes and effective Salesforce use. You will report directly to the General Manager and closely collaborate with the wider Sales organisation, Marketing, Product, Operations, Credit and central Corpay teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Growing digital acquisition:
- Delivering new digital customer, revenue and volume targets.
- Leading with Marketing and Digital to improve lead volume, quality, conversion, and acquisition economics.
- Leading with Marketing & Product on new sales and proposition offering and support with go-to-market strategy
- Leading Inside Sales and improve conversion:
- Setting clear goals, coaching routines and operating cadence for the Inside Sales team.
- Improving qualification, follow-up, conversion and sales productivity.
- Strengthening handoffs between Inside Sales, Field Sales, Credit and Operations.
- Owning the commercial CRM and RevOps discipline:
- Acting as the business owner for Salesforce adoption, data quality, dashboards, pipeline and forecasting.
- Simplifying lead and opportunity processes and ensure consistent execution.
- Turning commercial data into practical sales driven initiatives and performance improvements.
- Improving onboarding and early activation:
- Reducing customer drop-off from signed agreement to first use.
- Improving digital onboarding and customer experience, early engagement and multi-product activation.
- Using lifecycle insight to identify early cross-sell and retention opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in commercial growth, Inside Sales, revenue operations, sales operations, commercial excellence, business development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B digital and Inside Sales processes, ideally serving SMB customers.
- Proven use of data and CRM to improve lead generation, conversion, pipeline quality and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Ability to influence and deliver across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Credit.
- Czech or Slovak at business level, with working proficiency in English.
- Fintech, payments, SaaS, telecoms, mobility, fleet, telematics, EV or energy services are preferred.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is 765,600.00 - 1,148,400.00 CZK annual.The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
