About the role
We're looking for two Project Leads to help Member Services deliver cross-functional and/or cross-product initiatives that support our strategic priorities.
Working alongside senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll bring structure and coordination to strategic initiatives that require project management .
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating activities across multiple teams and workstreams for specific strategic initiatives or phases of initiatives.
Establishing governance, monitoring, reporting, planning cadences to drive delivery for specific initiatives or phases of initiatives.
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Supporting initiative owners by bringing visibility of initiatives underway across Member Services, they will help the leadership team better understand cumulative impacts, prioritise work, and consider team capacity and readiness as we deliver our strategic agenda.
Engaging with Product Managers, Business Improvement Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery teams, Change Managers, Communications, Legal, Risk, Compliance and other key stakeholders to enable delivery success.
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, organisational priorities and customer expectations.
Providing visibility, accountability and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
About you
You are a highly capable project professional who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people together to achieve outcomes.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex projects, programmes or business initiatives.
Strong project management capability, including governance, planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working across multiple business units and influencing without direct authority.
Knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to work across Agile and non-Agile delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Experience operating within regulated environments and applying risk management practices.
A relevant business qualification or equivalent practical experience in project delivery, business change, risk, business improvement or related disciplines.
