Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Finance support for the Integrated Leasing business, acting as a key finance partner to business and operational stakeholders and driving financial visibility, discipline, and performance across the account portfolio.
- Lead account-level P&L management, providing visibility into revenue, costs, margins, profitability, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translating financial performance into actionable business insights.
- Lead deal-level financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessment, ensuring business assumptions, operational drivers, and financial inputs are accurately reflected in forecasts and financial plans.
- Own the forecast-versus-actual review process, identifying variances and root causes, providing complex financial analysis and scenario modelling, and partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and financial predictability.
- Partner with business leaders to influence strategic and operational decision-making, providing financial perspectives, recommendations, and appropriate challenge to support sound business and investment decisions.
- Lead financial engagement with Customer Delivery Managers and Contract Management Operations, establishing strong visibility into deal and account-level profitability and supporting effective financial performance management.
- Provide finance support across the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including lease initiation, asset installation, billing, revenue realization, and profitability management, while proactively identifying and resolving customer billing delays.
- Lead or support high-impact business initiatives, coordinating finance activities and collaborating with analysts and finance teams across functions and geographies to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and policy development initiatives that strengthen financial governance, improve efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness across the Leasing Ecosystem.
- Mentor and develop analysts and finance stakeholders, promoting analytical rigor, financial discipline, best practices, and consistent execution while strengthening finance capabilities across teams and geographies
- Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Strong FP&A and Analytical backgrounds in the current roles would be a key skill needed, along with strong technical accounting skills focused on Leasing/Financing
- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.
- Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
- Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 12+ years of experience as a financial analyst, of which atleast five years should have been with managing the P&L
- Experience in Commercial Financing, Business finance roles, services-oriented revenue related roles along with a strong passion for driving business outcomes and a proven track record on working with Executive Leadership will be a significant advantage.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
