Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Supervisor, Clinic Practice, you will provide day-to-day operational oversight of a physician clinic, optimizing operational performance, patient experience, financial performance, and provider/staff engagement to create high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
Every day you will assume daily responsibility for the overall operations of the clinic, including business, financial, and clinical functions. You will also actively participate and collaborate with leadership teams to assess, develop, implement, and achieve clinic operational goals, identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline operations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong operational management skills in clinic practice, a proven ability to optimize performance and streamline operations, and exceptional collaborative abilities. Your commitment to our Christian Mission, transparency, urgency as a change agent, and accountability for team performance will be critical to achieving high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Provide day to day leadership of 12 clinics for all clinic services: expansion and growth of services, physician relations, personnel, and marketing and community relations.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee and provider environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged work force.
- Works collaboratively with physicians and APPs to ensure their needs are met.
- Oversees the clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards are met and to keep facility running smoothly.
- Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.
Job Requirements
Required
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- One (1) Two (2) years of experience working in a physician practice
Preferred
- One (1) year supervisory experience
