-
Acting as a senior technical contact for key retail customers
-
Using technical KPIs and data to identify risks and drive continuous improvement
-
Working closely with Operations, Production, NPD, Engineering, Planning and Hygiene

-
Maintaining a visible, practical presence across the operation and supporting the team when required
What we're looking for
You'll be a credible and confident technical leader with experience gained within food manufacturing and the ability to balance strategic leadership with a practical approach.
Ideally, you'll have:

Experience within meat or protein manufacturing would be highly advantageous, although broader food manufacturing experience will be considered.
