Job Description/ Requirement:
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects with internal teams, external stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Experience developing end-to-end project plans covering business implementation, readiness, and technical milestones.
- Experience facilitating business case and business requirements documentation.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.
- Strong experience with project status reporting and executive presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking, action-item tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with JIRA.
- Experience managing data feed integrations and third-party vendors.
- PMP certification preferred.
