Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative Practice Manager, Urgent Care Regional to oversee the clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions of multiple Urgent Care locations. In partnership with Physician Leadership and the Program Manager, this role is responsible for driving practice performance, ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting staff development, and achieving operational and financial goals across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple Urgent Care practices, establishing benchmarks, tracking performance, and implementing process improvements.
- Partner with Physician Leadership to develop and execute strategic goals, practice priorities, and CORE work plans.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care through monitoring quality metrics, patient satisfaction scores, and risk assessment activities.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, evaluate, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment that supports employee engagement, provider satisfaction, and patient-centered care.
- Manage provider and staff scheduling, timekeeping, payroll processes, and staffing models to support efficient operations and patient access.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, coding, documentation, and patient safety requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Physician Leadership, Program Management, Radiology, and clinic staff to support communication and operational consistency.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, review financial performance, monitor trends, and implement action plans to achieve fiscal goals.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, new business development, and marketing efforts to enhance practice growth and performance.
General Requirements:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; combination of 1-2 years’ college coursework and 2 or more years’ relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree; additional experience will be considered if there is no college coursework.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Prior leadership experience in a medical office environment or other relevant professional experience; requires a minimum of 2 years in combination with meeting education requirements. Two years of experience directly supervising non-exempt staff is required; however, may consider leadership role in lieu of direct supervision as equivalent experience.
