Job Summary: 
Supports the Digital Partnership and Production Manager in managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and influencer partnerships, along with affiliate marketing initiatives. This role will involve assisting in sourcing, recruiting, and negotiating with third-party suppliers for KOLs, influencers, and affiliates specifically for Shopperstars. Additionally, the position will contribute to liveselling operations, encompassing studio management and the setup of technical tools like OBS to ensure seamless liveselling experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Partnership Management Support: 
  • Assist the Affiliate and Partnership Lead in maintaining and expanding relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners.
• Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation:
  • Aid in sourcing, recruiting, and negotiating  agreements with third-party suppliers for KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to meet Shopperstars' needs.
• Liveselling Operations:
  • Support liveselling operations by managing studios, livesellers  manpower planning, coordinating technical setups like OBS and backend platforms, and ensuring operational readiness for liveselling events.
• Campaign Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating campaigns involving KOLs, influencers, and affiliates, ensuring alignment with .mad Agency’s strategic objectives and client requirements
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of KOL partnerships, influencer campaigns, and affiliate programs to optimize outcomes and achieve set objectives.
• Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records related to affiliate and partnership activities.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Qualifications and Skills: .

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Advertising, Business Administration, or in a related field. 
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience. 
• Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply!
• Platform rules on influencer and affiliate marketing. 
• TikTok Shop knowledge. 
• Affiliate selling requirements and restrictions. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of live selling trends and operations.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of the company's vision and mission, and is able to effectively communicate them to others.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of company rules and regulations, and consistently adheres to them in all work activities.
• Proficiency in online sourcing and negotiation techniques.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working 
  in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
• Can handle high-pressure situations, remain calm under stress, and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
• Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met.
