Looking for a Salesforce role where you can do more than execute requirements? As an Emerging Software Solutions Senior, you'll lead Salesforce implementations from discovery and solution design through deployment and client support. You'll partner closely with the team to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Essential Job Functions
Lead technical delivery for Salesforce client engagements by overseeing implementation planning, risk assessment, configuration, development, integrations, data migration activities, staff assignments, and project execution while keeping engagement leaders informed of progress, risks, scope changes, and budget status.
Serve as the technical lead for assigned Salesforce projects, coordinating technical workstreams and collaborating with project managers, implementation leads, and cross-functional team members to achieve project objectives.
Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools, including Flows, security controls, reports, dashboards, Lightning Web Components, automation, and custom enhancements.
Participate in client discovery, solution design, and technical planning activities by analyzing business requirements, evaluating system needs, and recommending scalable solutions aligned with approved project scope and client objectives.
Lead integration and data migration efforts involving Salesforce, Sage Intacct, DataBlend, and other connected systems, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and deployment activities.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce, integrations, metadata, deployments, reporting, and data quality, while coordinating with software vendors and technical support resources as needed.
Manage application lifecycle and release processes using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git-based source control, code reviews, deployment planning, environment management, and established development standards.
Support data architecture and reporting strategy efforts including data modeling, object design, relationship management, security architecture, reporting requirements, and configuration decisions.
Create and maintain project documentation including configuration records, testing results, deployment documentation, integration specifications, technical deliverables, reusable solutions, and lessons learned.
Provide client support, training, and relationship management by delivering technical training, supporting ongoing customer care activities, facilitating communications, and promoting successful solution adoption.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and project team members by sharing expertise, supporting professional growth, establishing technical standards, and promoting delivery excellence.
Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives through sales support, solution scoping, technical demonstrations, innovation efforts, process improvements, achievement of client value goals, and ongoing professional development.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or senior manager to support the needs of the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or a combination of education and directly related work experience. You must pass a background check, including a credit check, at any time to remain eligible for this position.
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Salesforce software required and other integrations between SaaS applications
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Flow Builder
Preferred Experience:
Salesforce integrations, APIs, ETL tools, middleware platforms, or iPaaS solutions
Lightning Web Components
Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX
Git or GitHub

Salary Range: $100,000 minimum to $132,801 maximum USD
