About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to support operational excellence across reporting, systems administration, project management, and automation. This role serves as a key partner to multiple stakeholders, helping drive process improvements, support critical business systems, and deliver insights that enable informed decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide insights into operational performance and trends.
- Support Salesforce and other business systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of a new CRM platform for tickets, chats, and calls.
- Coordinate testing efforts in secure environments, validating functionality and ensuring security requirements are met.
- Manage and support integrations between various business systems and tools.
- Provide real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots.
- Document processes and help train team members on system and automation best practices.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Work Experience:
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group; ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
- 3 years minimum related work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
- Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Experience with data, reporting and dashboarding.
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent.
- Some tax or financial background.
