Product Executive – Branch Servicing Experience
About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Executive – Branch Servicing Experience. This executive leader is accountable for defining and delivering the future state branch servicing experience across physical, digital, and assisted channels. The role is responsible for establishing and executing a customer-centric product strategy that leverages AI, modern servicing capabilities, and agile delivery practices to improve customer and banker experiences.
This leader will shape the future of branch banking by simplifying customer journeys, modernizing banker tools, and delivering innovative servicing capabilities that drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. The role will support experiences that serve millions of customers across more than 4,100 branches and 38,000 branch team members, requiring enterprise-scale leadership and execution.
In this role, you will:
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the branch servicing experience.
- Lead the transformation of branch servicing through AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and customer-focused innovation.
- Drive end-to-end product development across customer and banker servicing journeys.
- Establish and scale agile product management practices and operating models.
- Partner closely with Branch Sales, Digital, Operations, Technology, and business leaders to identify opportunities for capability reuse, simplify experiences, and create integrated roadmaps that bring sales and service together into a seamless customer experience.
- Align investments and priorities across teams to maximize customer impact and speed to market.
- Lead and influence large matrixed teams to drive strategic alignment and execution.
- Champion customer experience excellence through customer insights, journey analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics focused on customer outcomes, adoption, operational effectiveness, and business value.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies, customer trends, and industry opportunities that improve customer and banker experiences.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 8+ years of Product Management, Product Strategy, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- Significant experience in branch banking, retail banking, financial services, or customer servicing environments.
- Experience leading agile product organizations and delivering large-scale customer experience transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, technology, and digital organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable customer, operational, and business outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of branch banking, servicing operations, and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to structure, analyze, syndicate, and synthesize recommendations for highly complex business issues.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior business, operations, digital, and technology leaders.
- Experience leading large, matrixed organizations and driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer-centric decision making.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing product organizations.
- Experience with agile product management, customer journey design, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong innovation mindset with a passion for reimagining branch banking and customer servicing experiences.
Job Expectations
- Serve as the executive owner for the branch servicing product portfolio and customer experience strategy.
- Drive alignment across Branch Sales, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams to create integrated customer experiences and coordinated product roadmaps.
- Lead the convergence of sales and service experiences, ensuring customers and bankers can seamlessly move between advice, sales, and servicing journeys.
- Deliver solutions and experiences that scale across a nationwide branch network of more than 4,100 locations and 38,000 branch team members.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
