This involves continually collaborating with various business units, OIT development teams, and other OIT teams to ensure that integration solutions are fully documented and adhere to industry best practices and technical standards for the State of Colorado.

Providing comparisons of technical options for Integrations solutions, determining the most

resilient, efficient, and cost-effective approaches to meet customer demands.

Guiding teams from a hands-on technical approach with the development of code, integrations,

data conversions, and other technical activities in the course of each given development cycle.

Creating and writing solid, detailed technical features and user stories (aka "enablers" for technical roadmap)

Consulting on new projects to determine best architecture for the app/workload, estimated costs to host app, publish designs/recommendations.

Providing technical leadership and  acting as technical authority and mentor to the Enterprise Integrations team, providing guidance on best practices and architectural principles.
