Maintenance Supervisor - Nights

Location: Owatonna, MN

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervises facilities, maintenance and electrical technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, building and grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance 

• May supervise tool room employees 

• Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations 

• Collaborates with site management to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain effective and safe utilization of plant facilities and equipment 

• Develops and oversees preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with Production management 

• Provides technical expertise to ensure equipment meets operational standards and is in conformance with OSHA regulations 

• May oversee or coordinate facility communication and/or security systems 

• Completes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related matters 

• Reviews and Closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management software 

• Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as required 

• Participates as a lead of the emergency response team. Assist outside emergency response teams 

• Observes, complies with and holds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times 

Your Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Equivalent in a related field

• 3+ years of related experience/training

• 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300.00 - $120,700.00 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
