Description
Manage contracts, variations, project documentation, and coordination for construction projects. The role will work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contracts are properly managed and project requirements are met.
Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Review contract terms, scopes of work, and project requirements.
- Prepare, track, and process contract variations and approvals.
- Coordinate project documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and related records.
- Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and agreed timelines.
- Track project costs, commitments, and changes to the original scope.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Assist project managers with administrative and coordination requirements.
- Ensure contractual and project deadlines are properly monitored.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar construction role.
- Experience working with construction contracts, variations, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
- Experience with Australian construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
