Your Responsibilities

• In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Leitung der Bereiche Raw Material, Mill Planning und Production Control inkl. disziplinarischer Führung, Förderung und Motivation des 12-köpfigen Teams
• Du verantwortest die SCM- und Planungsprozesse, definierst Methoden und Systeme und stellst deren kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung sicher
• Die Produktionsplanung und -steuerung führst du unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Schichtplanung, Anlagenauslastung und Lieferterminen durch
• Du übernimmst die Bestandsführung sowie die Abstimmung von Bedarfsplänen, Abrufen, Prioritäten und Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Du initiierst Change-Prozesse und entwickelst Organisation und IT-Anwendungen weiter
• Die Abstimmung der Kapazitätsplanung mit der tkSE (Gesamtplanung/Corporate Planning (SE/COP)) rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Produktionsplanung, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem Fachgebiet
• Disziplinarische Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit zur Motivation, Entwicklung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden
• Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der Produktionsplanung, Vormaterialbeschaffung, Produktionssteuerung und SCM-Prozessen
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit
• Kommunikationsvermögen und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
