Actualmente estamos llevando a cabo un proceso de selección para una posición de TECNIC@ DE MECANIZADO en nuestro centro de trabajo en Aerópolis, La Rinconada, Sevilla.

 

Trabajarás en el mecanizado de probetas metálicas y de material compuesto previo a su ensayo utilizando centros de mecanizado, máquinas de corte de disco de diamante, tornos y diferentes máquinas convencionales.Además, participarás en la programación, optimización y mejora de los procesos de mecanizado para garantizar la calidad y eficiencia de la preparación de muestras.

 

Responsibilities

Entre tus funciones principales estarán:

 Utilizar equipos de corte para preparar muestras para ensayos según las especificaciones delcliente.

 Programación y optimización de máquinas CNC para el mecanizado de probetas, utillajes y otros elementos necesarios para la ejecución de ensayos. Realizar utillaje para el mecanizado de probetas. Preparación de material auxiliar de ensayos. Lectura e interpretación de planos. Control dimensional del material mecanizado. Mantenimiento básico de tus máquinas de trabajo. Participación en equipos de mejora continua.

 

Skills / Qualifications

Para la posición se precisa:

 FP Técnico de Mecanizado. Interpretación de planos. Conocimientos de programación CNC.
