Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

 

1. Risk & Resilience Management 

  • Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of supplier risk and resilience programs across North America. 

  • Monitor supplier, operational, regulatory, financial, and supply continuity risks and provide insights to category and business teams. 

  • Support risk assessment processes, mitigation planning, and crisis response activities when required. 

  • Maintain risk monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting to enable proactive decision-making. 

  • Partner with category teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and drive mitigation actions. 

 

2. Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing 

  • Support the execution of responsible sourcing, sustainability, supplier inclusion, and ESG initiatives across the Procurement organization. 

  • Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, data collection activities, and compliance reporting requirements. 

  • Track progress against sustainability commitments, including packaging sustainability, environmental compliance, and responsible sourcing objectives. 

  • Partner with Sustainability, R&D, Legal, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory and customer requirements. 

  • Support supplier engagement activities related to sustainability performance improvement. 

 

3. Procurement Programs & Governance 

  • Support the deployment and governance of strategic Procurement initiatives and transformation programs. 

  • Coordinate project plans, milestones, governance forums, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution. 

  • Maintain Procurement policies, procedures, playbooks, and operating guidelines. 

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), program milestones, risks, and action plans. 

  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reporting materials for Procurement leadership. 

 

4. Digital Enablement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement 

  • Leverage procurement systems, reporting tools, automation, and emerging digital technologies to improve transparency and decision-making. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to support risk management, sustainability performance, supplier insights, and program governance. 

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across reporting processes. 

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of automation, AI, and digital solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders. 

 

Required Qualifications 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

 

Experience 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Risk Management, Program Management, Data Analytics, or related business functions. 

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. 

  • Experience analyzing data and developing business insights to support decision-making. 

  • Exposure to supplier management, sustainability programs, governance processes, or procurement operations preferred. 

 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred. 

  • Familiarity with source-to-pay systems, supplier management platforms, or procurement technologies. 

  • AI proficiency, including the ability to effectively leverage generative AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 

  • Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
