Our vision of creating proud communities living their best lives is at the heart of everything we do as we continue to build upon our legacy of supporting veterans and their families for more than 100 years.
Joining us means becoming part of a large, purpose‑driven organisation where your expertise genuinely makes a difference.
We're seeking a Contractor Compliance & Systems Analyst to manage contractor compliance and lead the administration of our contractor management system, Rapid Global.
This role is key to ensuring compliance across our third-party workforce, including agency staff, contractors, allied health providers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage contractor compliance, onboarding, monitoring and offboarding processes.
Act as the subject matter expert and system owner for Rapid Global.
Maintain system governance, user access, data integrity and reporting.
Monitor licences, qualifications, screening checks and other compliance requirements.
Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and improve contractor management processes, policies and training materials.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive compliance and best practice.
About You:
Experience administering contractor management, compliance, safety or workforce governance systems (Rapid Global highly regarded).
Strong understanding of compliance, governance and process management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a systems and continuous improvement mindset.
RSL LifeCare offers the following benefits:
Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 per year through our not-for-profit status.
Access to Maxxia Rewards, with discounts across hundreds of leading retailers.
Fitness Passport membership.
17.5% leave loading on annual leave.
Opportunity to work for a respected organisation with a strong community focus and meaningful purpose.
Ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth.
Our commitment to diversity:
Our values guide everything we do: Do the Right Thing, Aim Higher, Care from the Heart, and Act as One Team.
We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from people across our community, particularly veterans, current and former ADF personnel, their families, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and heard, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, or disability.
It is a mandatory requirement for employees working in the aged care sector to hold a valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check, as required for the role. All clearances must be verified prior to commencement with RSL LifeCare.
