1. Pay & Financial Perks

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,700+ (top earners $2,000+ / $88k–$104k+ yearly)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 split ($2,500/driver), paid in milestones from 1st load up to 1 year
• CPM Breakdown (per driver):
  • 0–11 mos: $0.38 CPM
  • 12 mos: $0.39 CPM
  • 24 mos: $0.40 CPM
  • 36+ mos: $0.41 CPM
• Stop Pay: $15/stop (paid after 1st stop); 1–5 stops/day across 6 loads weekly

2. Schedule, Routes & Home Time

• Home Time Options: Choose 6 days on / 1 day off, 12 days on / 2 days off, or 25 days on / 3 days off
• Running Area: Regional runs covering TX, AR, and Memphis, TN
• Hours: Early morning deliveries with night pickups; requires night, weekend, and holiday availability during active workweeks

3. Freight, Equipment & Support

• Freight Specs: 100% no-touch reefer freight, live unloaded at Target stores (pallets may shift in transit; requires careful securement)
• Equipment: Freightliners and Kenworths
• Onboarding & Support: 2 days paid training (1 classroom, 1 ride-along) at $100/day + 24/7 on-site support staff

4. Requirements & Benefits

• Experience: Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Driver Profile: Flexible, safety-focused, customer service mindset, and patient with store staff
• Drug Screening: Mandatory pass on both hair follicle and urine drug tests
