HR Advisor (People & HSEQ Support)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Supports the HR&HSE function by contributing to projects or areas of specialisation by planning and executing assigned tasks and areas of responsibility. May offer advice to employees on matters related to Human Resources and Health & Safety. Contribute to assigned projects or specialist area(s), focusing on maintenance, adoption and documentation.

Responsibilities:

HR Generalist:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR processes, procedures and systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and talent development activities.
• Collaborate with managers to provide HR guidance and support aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to local, regional and Group HR projects and initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and follow up on KPIs related to people management.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency within HR processes and practices.

HSEQ:

• Support the coordination and follow-up of Contractor Activities Coordination (CAE) requirements for Technical Sales Support and Sales teams.
• Support the planning, monitoring and follow-up of occupational health surveillance and medical examinations.
• Assist in tracking and closing actions resulting from industrial hygiene measurements and assessments.
• Collaborate with the HSEQ department in planning and coordinating safety training activities.
• Support the identification, follow-up and closure of competence gaps related to safety and compliance requirements.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting recruitment, training and employee-related processes.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reports.
• Interest in digitalization, process improvement and the use of AI-driven tools to increase efficiency.
• Exposure to HSE, occupational health, training coordination or compliance-related activities is considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
