United Family Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine Behavioral Science Faculty to join our nationally recognized family medicine residency program. This role is primarily focused on resident education, mentorship, curriculum leadership, and resident wellness, with integrated behavioral health patient care serving as a supporting component.Key Position Details:
As a core faculty member, you will teach and supervise family medicine residents, provide behavioral health consultation, lead wellness initiatives, and help integrate behavioral health throughout residency training and clinical practice.

Hours/schedule: 40 hours p/week, daytime hours, Monday - Friday
Job Description:
- Teach, mentor, and evaluate family medicine residents and medical students.
- Precept behavioral health cases and provide consultation on mental health assessment and treatment.
- Deliver didactic education, case discussions, and other residency learning activities.
- Lead behavioral health curriculum development and support ACGME program requirements.
- Facilitate the residency's established wellness curriculum
- Provide integrated behavioral health services through a collaborative, team-based care model.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related behavioral health field
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD/PsyD)
- Prior experience in clinical teaching and medical education post licensure
Licenses/Certifications
- Active independent licensure (one of the following):
◦ PhD in Psychology or related behavioral health discipline
◦ Licensed independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
◦ Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
◦ Licensed Psychologist (LP)

Pay Range
Pay Range: $42.92 to $59.38 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.Benefit Summary
