As the eCommerce Merchandiser your role within The North Face is key to execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales, margin, inventory turnover, visual presentation and customer satisfaction whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role.

How You'll Make A Difference

• Build & maintain the eCommerce digital catalogue.

• Focusing on product flows, site maintenance and ensure data accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving issues to reduce customer friction and improve site performance.

• Executing eCommerce go to market operations, feature the right products at the right time to leverage campaign success.

• Monitoring Menswear business on a daily, weekly, monthly period driving customer experience, reducing friction and maximising product views/conversion.

• Driving merchandising and sequencing with an eye for technical details and colour as well as metric performance.

• Providing support with stock management activities, such as publication & out of stock removals, etc.

• Working with various 3rd parties and a cross functional team to execute all site updates across Product Listing Pages (PLP), Product Detail Pages (PDP), and SEO optimization initiatives.

• Analyse customer behaviour, search trends, and site performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Contribute regular feedback for partners such as buying/planning/performance media/marketing.

• Contribute to website enhancements and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, partnering closely with Product Owners, Developers, and UX teams.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance through data-driven recommendations.

• You’ll become a merchandising expert, gaining broad experience using PCM, Salesforce, Bloomreach and Jira

Skills for Success

• 3+ years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of Marketplace processes.

• You will be able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

• You are self motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work independently.

• You must be detailed oriented working around multiple seasons.

• You have the ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Previous digital/eCommerce experience is an asset.
