Senior Influencer Planning Manager, Strategic Planning

As a Senior Influencer Planning Manager, you will serve as the influencer architect, designing effective influencer strategies and success models aligned with brand communication objectives. You will leverage deep insights into influencers and the showbiz landscape to guide influencer selection, investment decisions, and campaign direction, while establishing clear frameworks to measure and maximize impact.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership & Direction: Direct the Influencer Planning team, establishing campaign standards, team workflows, and influencer planning output to drive client trust.
• Influencer Framework and Selection Model: Leverage a deep understanding of creator profile insights, backgrounds, and the latest showbiz trends to design robust influencer selection models. Map talent profiles directly to communication strategies to ensure perfect alignment with campaign objectives.
• Disruptive Influencer Initiator: Design scalable initiatives across all creator and community tiers to pioneer first-of-their-kind collaborations. Act as a channel expert, delivering groundbreaking Influencer/community partnership concepts that inspire and guide the communication planning team and creative teams during ideation.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Strategic Communication Planning, Creative, and Operations to deliver joint outputs, including Influence Journey Maps, Creator Matrices, and Briefing Toolkits, etc..
• Measurement & Methodology: Define multi-metric success frameworks tracking depth of engagement, sentiment, etc., with leading post-campaign learning reports.

 

Who You Are

• A recognized University Degree
• Having 6-8 years in influencer or strategic social planning/account planner/ influencer account management with direct experience leading teams and client-facing presentations and know-how in influencer landscapes and trends.
• Proven track record running campaigns across FMCG, Beauty, Nutrition, Tech, etc. within Vietnam's compliance and regulatory guidelines. 
• Strong understanding of influencer profiles, natures, and insights.
• Sharp judgment on creator-native formats, platform dynamics, and content that drives consumer action.
• High proficiency in influencer vetting platforms (e.g., Affable, CreatorIQ) and social analytics dashboards.
• Good command of English 
• Good communication skill
