  • Driving vendor governance through Quarterly Business Reviews, vendor scorecards, remediation planning, SLA performance reviews, and continuous service improvement to ensure measurable service outcomes and strong external partner accountability.

  • Championing an employee-centered leave and accommodations experience by applying service design and employee journey principles to simplify processes, improve communications, strengthen manager and employee education, enhance accessibility, support return-to-work, and embed service excellence standards across internal teams and external partners.

  • Owning and governing global process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and employee and manager guidance materials to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable Leave of Absence service delivery.

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable leave, disability, accommodations, privacy, and employment regulations across global markets, including the establishment of operational controls and audit evidence standards.

  • Driving operational excellence through process optimization, automation, AI-enabled solutions, digital employee experience enhancements, knowledge management, and vendor improvement initiatives.

  • Leading Workday User Acceptance Testing, business validation, and operational sign-off activities for leave and accommodation process enhancements, system changes, and workflow updates.

  • Using leave utilization, accommodation trends, operational metrics, vendor performance data, employee experience feedback, and compliance insights to inform executive decision-making, prioritize improvements, strengthen service performance, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Leading and developing a high-performing global team with the capability, cross-training, and operational resilience needed to deliver consistent service execution, business continuity, vendor governance, process excellence, compliance, analytics, and complex case escalation support.
