How will you support our "Why"?
You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures
Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures
Identifying customer’s needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.
Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
