Years 1 & 2 (Edge Programme)
Edge Programme is a 2 years rotational programme within your home business unit and other Deals competencies.
Upon commencement, you will attend an intensive 1-month PwC Masterclass course which will help you develop the necessary skills to work on valuation and financial modelling projects. Thereafter, we will facilitate and sponsor you for the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (CVA) to further develop your Business Valuation skills.
You may view the different Deals competencies here. Kindly note that allocations will be on best effort basis, depending on individual business requirements. Details on the rotation programme and routes will be made available for you during this programme.
Year 3 onwards (Specialisation)
In your third year, you will specialise in your Deals competency. This is when you integrate your foundation experience and sector knowledge to advise our clients on their evaluation of M&A and Infrastructure project opportunities, or on restructuring and turning around their businesses.
