Your role
Where You Could Make an Impact
We are building a dedicated talent pipeline for military professionals and welcome applications from individuals across all Services and ranks. Opportunities span a broad range of disciplines, including:
- Project, Programme, Portfolio and Project Controls Management
- Management Consulting and Change Management
- Cyber and Security Consulting
- Systems Integration and Business Analysis
- Infrastructure Engineering
- Safety (including HS&W), Risk and Asset Management Engineering
- Mechanical, Electrical and Systems Engineering
Your expertise could contribute to nationally significant programmes across nuclear, defence, security, infrastructure, transport and aerospace; areas where collaboration, accountability and leadership play a vital role in delivering successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you may:
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams delivering major client programmes
- Collaborate with industry partners, clients and government stakeholders
- Support the safe, secure and compliant delivery of critical national infrastructure
- Share your experience and help others from the Armed Forces community successfully transition into civilian careers

Security clearance
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
