Description
We are looking for a Receptionist/Scheduler to manage our front desk, perform a variety of clerical tasks, and schedule homeowner inspections.
Duties:
- Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, provide basic and accurate information in person, and via phone/email, and perform some light housekeeping.
- Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according.
- Become proficient in the DASH Restoration scheduling software.
- Organizes appointments, collects customer information, and manage technicians' assignments in the software.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.
- Other office duties as assigned.
- Collect payments.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
- Knowledge about microbial growth, water intrusion, and radon, or a willingness to learn about it.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience a plus.
