Position Overview

The TSSO AI & Data Science Lead will drive strategic AI and analytics initiatives across Technical Services & Sustainable Operations (TSSO), establishing data-driven foundations that enhance operational excellence and accelerate innovation. This role serves as the technical and strategic leader for AI, data science, and advanced analytics capabilities, holding decision-making authority over the AI and data roadmap and operating across matrix partnerships spanning Sustainable Operations, Integrated Operations Centers, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Renewal Planning to ensure these systems work as one connected ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Support TSSO non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and facilitating efficient reporting methodologies
  • Develop and maintain executive, non-enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks that track operational performance across all TSSO functions

Asset Readiness Project (ARP)

  • Support ARP analytics and ongoing dashboard updates, including scorecard, tracker, and advanced statistics
  • Ensure critical access to EDP for data extracts by leading integration with Claude AI and technical delivery teams
  • Lead vital development of preventive maintenance (PM) identification using Claude AI code to improve data accuracy and asset management
  • Troubleshoot Property Hub data discrepancies core to ARP initiatives
  • Conduct ADQ NextGen dashboard variance analyses and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
  • Drive ARP data model development and implementation to instill confidence in analytics results and AI utilization, moving solutions beyond pilot stage into full operational adoption with measurable impact on business outcomes
  • Partner with and train Analytics Services team on AI-analytical tools to build organizational capability and ensure scalability

E2E LCAM Optimal Process

  • Establish access to all data across the LCAM ecosystem and JLL’s “data lake” tables, enabling comprehensive asset lifecycle analytics
  • Support data integration across lifecycle milestones to support seamless data integration across operational workflows
  • Lead in ensuring proper governance of data standards
  • Provide expertise in AI processing for OnePM load files to enhance client delivery
  • Drive integration of data topology for LCAM outcomes, ensuring consistency and reliability
  • Support prioritization of tech stack and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure timely development and deployment of technology
  • Support data integration across delivery teams and workflows to achieve efficiencies that drive margin
  • Ensure proper governance of WPM and TSSO data standards and quality frameworks
  • Translate business (FM) needs into actionable technology requirements and data solutions, in close strategic partnership with the WPM organization to align tools and priorities across teams

AI & Data Science Program Leadership

  • Own WPM TSSO Asset Data Governance, working cross-functionally with relevant teams to bridge technical innovation with business value creation
  • Partner with JLLT Product, Data, Azara, and Governance teams to align TSSO's insights and analytics requirements with the broader AI and technology roadmap.
  • Establish and drive data governance protocols in partnership with JLLT, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and accessibility across TSSO's data and analytics infrastructure.
  • Own strategic decision-making for the tech and AI roadmap aligned with TSSO and enterprise objectives, playing a foundational role in shaping TSSO's long-term data and AI strategy and contributing to Accelerate 2030
  • Drive integration of critical technical systems across Sustainable Operations, Integrated Operations Centers, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Renewal Planning, ensuring seamless interoperability and operational excellence across FM operations
  • Own and prioritize TSSO Citizen AI initiatives to democratize data capabilities and enable operational efficiencies, building and managing a high-performing team while coordinating a broader matrixed network of Citizen AI contributors to avoid redundant work and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure AI data governance and security frameworks meet enterprise standards
  • Lead TSSO Data Model development to streamline organization goals and enable scalability and operational excellence
  • Develop advanced analytical roadmap for operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Support evolution of delivery models regarding data management with key leadership in working with respective data management shared service centers

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or AI implementation within large-scale operations
  • 5+ years in leadership roles managing or partnering with analytics teams to drive operations excellence
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systems
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including large language models (e.g., Claude AI) and their practical applications
  • Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture
  • Experience with real estate operations, facilities management, or transaction services preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack technologies
  • Knowledge of EDP (Enterprise Data Platform) or similar enterprise data warehousing solutions
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL processes
  • Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices

  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams

Estimated compensation for this position:

135,000.00 – 155,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
