For the better. Together.
• Design and build engaging eLearning modules for a range of learning and development initiatives, from onboarding and compliance to leadership and functional skills.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content that supports the continuous upskilling of Workday capabilities across the organization.
• Apply instructional design principles to turn complex topics into clear, structured, learner-friendly experiences.
• Administer and maintain our learning management system (LMS365): manage courses and catalogues, user accounts and permissions, enrolments, learning paths, and certificates.
• Keep the platform healthy and current: handle configuration, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT and the vendor on issues and updates.
• Provide administrative and first-line support to stakeholders and learners: respond to requests, set up training, resolve access and content questions, and keep records accurate.
• Build and run reports and dashboards on learning activity, completion, and compliance, and share clear updates with the teams that need them.
• Apply sound graphic design and UI/UX principles so content is visually clear, on brand, and easy to navigate.
• Manage stakeholders across the business: gather requirements, align with project owners, and keep people informed on progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and operational teams so both content and platform reflect real business needs.
• Manage your own workload across content projects and ongoing platform tasks, balancing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
