The team works closely together and supports one another when priorities shift. If you enjoy working in an environment where people share knowledge, take responsibility, and help each other succeed, you are likely to thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Design, plan, execute and document stability studies for development and commercial products.
  • Author study protocols, stability reports, scientific assessments and stability statements.
  • Analyse and interpret stability and analytical data to support shelf-life assignment and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Manage stability studies in LIMS and ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Support regulatory submissions and responses to health authority questions related to stability.
  • Contribute to deviation investigations, root cause analyses and CAPA activities.
  • Provide stability expertise to cross-functional project teams.
  • Assess temperature excursions, transport deviations and their potential impact on product quality.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry best practices within stability testing.
  • Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, quality systems and stability processes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

Your profile

You bring solid industry experience and a strong understanding of stability testing within a regulated environment. You are comfortable working independently, making scientific assessments and driving activities forward while collaborating effectively with colleagues from different disciplines.

As a person, you are analytical, pragmatic and curious. You build trust through clear communication, take responsibility for your work and enjoy contributing to a team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are valued.
