• 工作目标：作为院务管理经理和辖区准入负责人，推动实现安全运营事件解决和余量保留，以及发现院内外准入机会。
• 工作职责：
     政策环境与客户洞察：
     掌握省市级层面VBP和列名准入政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响
     追踪医院层面VBP和列名准入政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素
     了解科室层面VBP和列名准入政策的实施计划与情况
     风险识别与机会分析
     持续评估医院层面VBP风险和捷诺妥列名机会，确定医院互动优先级
     基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动活动来实现工作目标
     跨省区域市场策略规划及落地，区域运营管理
     基于区域市场环境、政策趋势及业务目标，制定跨省区域市场策略与行动计划。
     跟踪区域策略执行进展，根据市场变化及时优化调整。
     关键决策者识别
     识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力
     了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求
     确定针对关键决策者的互动目标
     客户互动与行为影响
     与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
     通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者
     设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台
     合作影响力
     将收集到的信息及时分享给跨部门团队（如业务团队 – 他们可以把这些信息运用在与临床医生的互动当中）
     与跨部门团队合作，安排定期沟通会议，确认目标医院风险和机会点以及客户互动计划，跟踪执行进度和结果
• 岗位基本要求：
     具备扎实的医院运营及医疗政策洞察力
     卓越的跨职能沟通、谈判及关键利益相关方影响能力
     具备跨省区域市场策略规划及落地协调经验
     优秀的分析能力和问题解决能力
     具备学习敏捷性和开放心态，同时保持高度合规意识
     具备较强的企业领导力（ELS）
    具备韧性和长远视角
     如有区域市场经验和优秀成果，优先考虑。
