Job Description
Join BD, a global leader in medical technology, and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Specialist to support our manufacturing operations through hands-on equipment management, process optimization, and quality assurance.
What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and product quality.
Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming products.
Support product changeovers and update production systems (MES).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
What You Bring
Experience in manufacturing or technical operations preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards.
Experience in mold set up, changeovers in Injection molding handling various types of equipment.
Experience in robotic systems, programming for fine tuning.
Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment to upkeep it in good running conditions
