Job Summary
Contributes to the lifecycle design, delivery, and maintenance of core corporate programs and initiatives across Corewell Health. Works closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure leadership and other programs are appropriately structured to satisfy a broad range of leader profiles, audiences, and organizational development requirements. Ensures that projects are achieved within scope, time and resource constraints and programs are executed to deliver an exceptional learning experience system wide. Builds strong relationships with regional and functional participants and external partners.
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with corporate initiative sponsors and stakeholders to implement programs and experiences at scale.
- Collaborates with Learning colleagues to assess, recommend, plan, deploy and iterate subject matter and design elements (Learning consulting and development Processes).
- Understands readiness targets, regulatory standards, and Corewell Health requirements to ensure all learning objectives are met and documented.
- Responsible for the execution of complete program lifecycle (nominations through enrollment, to pre-work, to live sessions and post-work, through sustainment activities).
- Creates and executes program management plans based on scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timing.
- Plans, executes and evaluates any pilots or enhancements to ensure alignment with overall program direction prior to program launch.
- With limited guidance, implements program management processes (logistics planning, course calendars/scheduling, communications, registrations, etc.) and executes program delivery throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensures appropriate documentation throughout program management process, archiving as appropriate.
- May deliver pilot programs and other programs and provide continuous feedback on established programs as part of our Learning COE’s iterative program design strategy.
- Deliver reporting and regular program updates to Learning leaders and other stakeholders.
- Provides support to various levels of business leaders on program specific learning/leadership development strategy.
- Uses knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of organization capability development.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience Learner-centered and experiential facilitation or equivalent learning and development facilitation experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5 years of relevant experience Project management, learning program management or project coordination of large initiatives.
Preferred
- Certifications related to leadership development, instructional design, coaching, facilitation, communication and/or consultation
- 2 years of relevant experience Successfully utilizing technology to deliver and/or facilitate live or virtual training in an instructor-led environment.
