Personal Care CNA - Bathing & Dining Focus, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and residents by providing individualized bathing and dining experiences and social care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical, emotional, and social support to patients and residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including:
  • Bathing
  • Feeding
  • Toileting
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Transferring and mobility assistance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Record vital signs and weights, as directed
• Assist with specimen collection as directed
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support a positive, healing environment through compassionate care and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Current Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA duties
• Passion for patient care and helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

Rotating shifts available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, hours may be flexible to school responsibilities, if needed.  Hours can be adjusted for those stay-at-home moms that want to make a difference to our most vulnerable adults in the evening.
• Rotating weekend, 10 am to 6:30 pm and rotating holidays

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
