Key Responsibilities:

• Update, validate, review loan-level data tapes for CRE CLO/CMBS Collateral pools, ensuring completeness and accuracy against the source documents (loan agreements, appraisals, etc).
• Reconcile Data tape fields against offering documents (offering memorandum, term sheets) and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Track and update collateral performance metrics – including LTV, DSCR, Occupancy, maturity and extension options.
• Clear exception reports and update data tapes based on exception listings sent by clients and/or accounting firms.
• Compiles excel data tapes by populating required fields, which will include (but are not limited to): loan terms, property data, third-party data, tenant information, and cash flows.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CRE US CLO/CMBS data tape.
• Strong excel skills.
• Experience in reading 3rd party reports – Appraisals, PCAs, CoStar.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal.

 

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in CRE CMBS/CLO Securitization in industry sectors.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate, due diligence process, commercial lending policies, securitization and credit and risk management policies.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
