Overview
Responsible for properly performing financial activities related to the revenue audit functions as assigned. Audit II also assists the Revenue Audit Supervisor and Lead with ensuring with ensuring all documents and reports are generated, completed, and reviewed as required per MICS, SICS, TICS and Osage Casino’s accounting procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two (2) years of previous casino revenue audit experience required, including experience with Casino Cash Trac and Konami software.
- Must demonstrate current working knowledge and proficiency in multiple Revenue Audit functions, with the ability to independently perform assigned audits with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Gaming industry required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience within specific area of responsibility may be considered in lieu of educational and experience requirements.
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
- Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
- Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.
Responsibilities
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- None
COMMUNICATION:
- Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter.
- Effectively communicates information to supervisor/lead and listens to communication from supervisor/lead.
- Effectively communicates ideas for improvements to management in accordance with chain of command.
- Coordinates with lead, supervisor or manager concerning revenue discrepancies and proposed adjustments.
- Compiles reports pertaining to daily audit operations and distributes in accordance with the distribution list.
DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS:
- Maintains the Revenue Audit department’s general accounting for revenue and auditing reporting, internal controls, statistical reporting, daily distribution of non-gaming and casino performance, and reconciliations.
- Audits the accounting and financial data of all properties to include at a minimum of 50% all audits conducted in Revenue Audit. Theses Audits include Cage, Marketing & Promotions Points, F&B, Comps, Hotel, C-Stores, Slots, Table Games, W2-G, 1042-S and other designated audits, maintains records in accordance with MICS regulations, State and Federal regulations, and casino/corporate policies and procedures.
- Identifies improper accounting or documentation.
- Audits daily records of assigned gaming and non-gaming revenue-generating departments to determine compliance with gaming regulations and company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Prepares manual and computerized accounting records and reports.
- Verifies cash accountabilities prepared by cashiering functions ensuring their accuracy and notes changes are properly authorized and supported by adequate documentation
- Examines propriety of detail transaction reports and supporting documents, noting exceptions for further review
- Maintains sensitive documents and records
- Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Utilizes automated accounting and other systems, such as, Synkros (Konami), Casino Cash Trac, Infinium, Info Genesis, V1, Kronos, COGNOS, Access, and MS Office products at an intermediate or higher skill level
- Files all revenue audit documents for future reference.
- Creates, distributes and maintains exception notices and notifies appropriate departments, as needed.
- Troubleshoots in the event of system errors and/or audits questions.
- Updates information on a regular basis.
- Facilitates the flow of information throughout the department and properties, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Held accountable for the accuracy, timeliness and completion of departmental records & reports.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ten-key by touch ability required.
- Read, write, speak and understand the English language. Read Company or departmental reports, newsletters, and documents.
- Perform routine and complex mathematical computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.)

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
- Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.
- Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
- Reconciles transaction reports to supporting documents in accordance with established internal controls.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is typically performed within an office setting.
- Exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Evening and weekend shifts may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required. Ability to work nights and weekends required.
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
- The employee is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between properties and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands.
