About MD Exam

MD Exam is a growing telehealth company focused on making healthcare more accessible, convenient, and patient-friendly. We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to help bring the MD Exam brand to life through engaging photo and video content.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being behind the camera, understands what performs on social media, and can take a piece of content from idea to finished post.

This is a hands-on, in-office position. You’ll regularly come into the MD Exam office to capture videos, photos, team content, educational content, trends, and behind-the-scenes moments, then edit that footage into polished, engaging content for our social channels.

Responsibilities

• Come into the MD Exam office regularly to film and photograph content
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Take high-quality lifestyle, team, office, and brand photography
• Edit videos from start to finish, including cuts, captions, music, transitions, graphics, and other engaging elements
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that fit the MD Exam brand
• Stay up to date on TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends and identify ones that make sense for MD Exam
• Help create educational healthcare content that feels approachable, interesting, and easy to understand
• Work with our team and providers to film talking-head videos, Q&As, educational clips, and promotional content
• Capture behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple pieces of short-form content
• Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across content
• Organize raw footage, edited videos, photos, and other creative assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, launches, and content calendars

What We're Looking For

• Strong video filming and editing skills
• Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media
• Strong eye for aesthetics, framing, lighting, and composition
• Ability to make content feel natural and engaging rather than overly corporate
• Comfortable directing people who may not be used to being on camera
• Knowledge of current social media trends, hooks, sounds, editing styles, and formats
• Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Photography and photo-editing experience
• Organized, reliable, creative, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a healthcare/telehealth environment and following brand and compliance guidelines
• Able to work on-site at the MD Exam office

Bonus Qualifications

Experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus, as is experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, or content strategy.
