What impact you’ll make

The Senior Inventory Leader oversees the factory's end-to-end inventory strategy, bridging operations, supply chain, and finance to drive data-based analysis and optimize inventory turnover. The primary objective is to manage the impact of ROP (Reorder Point), SWIP (Strategic Work-in-Progress), and WIP (Work-in-Progress) on the factory’s PPD (Productivity, Profitability, Delivery) performance while ensuring accuracy and efficient capital investment. This role drives systemic excellence in capital investment, inventory health, and demand-supply alignment.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory balance calculations (RAW, WIP, FG) and analyze Inventory Turn and Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH).
  • Monitor and optimize ROP, SWIP, and WIP levels to ensure a direct positive influence on the factory’s PPD performance.
  • Design and lead programs for the reduction of Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) and stranded assets to mitigate financial risk.
  • Lead the customer fulfillment team to ensure long-term demand planning and inventory availability, directly maximizing On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Provide high-level support for factory finance during month-end reporting; ensure system data integrity reflects real process times and results of lead-time reduction projects.
  • Propose and lead Kaizen events and coach warehouse/fulfillment teams to elevate technical knowledge and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s or University degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Significant experience in inventory management, production planning, or manufacturing finance.
  • Advanced expertise in ERP systems, database management, and material management techniques.
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Strong analytical capability to convert data into actionable management reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer fulfillment processes.
