About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing, locally-owned engineering manufacturer, designing and building factory-fabricated modular solutions for commercial heating and cooling applications used by major organisations across Europe. Despite rapid growth in recent years, they've held onto a close-knit, family-style culture built around small, connected teams. They're now looking for Manufacturing Team Members to join their Fabrication and Assembly team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who's keen to learn and develop. You'll work across a range of manufacturing activities, gaining new skills and contributing to a team that prides itself on precision, continuous learning and getting things right first time.

Day to day, you'll:

• Operate cutting and bevelling machinery, and other fabrication equipment, as part of a varied role
• Support material handling and organisation, keeping the fabrication team supplied and ready to work
• Kit, protect, wrap, strap and despatch finished goods
• Support forklift operations where required
• Spot and help resolve problems early, working with the team to hit deadlines
• Maintain high standards of attention to detail, following instructions and safe working practices
• Work flexibly across the Fabrication and Assembly team, lending a hand wherever needed
• Take ownership of your own development, building skills across welding disciplines and in-house processes over time

• No specific qualifications required — full in-house training provided
