Quality Compliance Support Expert

Feladatok:

• Local Master Data Business Owner-ként te koordinálod és felügyeled a Quality-hez tartozó GMPM modul SAP-folyamatait.

• Te töltöd fel és kezeled a vonatkozó „Method of Analysis” (MoA) dokumentumokat az eSOP rendszerben, gondoskodsz a megfelelő szervezésükről és használatukról.

• Te felelsz a rád bízott SOP-k naprakész kezeléséért és az ezekhez kapcsolódó oktatásokért.

• Részt veszel a vásárolt anyagok, tartalékalkatrészek, beszállítók és szerződéses partnerek minősítésében, az elfogadott státusz fenntartásában és a kapcsolódó változtatási eljárásokban.

• Te felelsz a vásárolt anyagok és tartalékalkatrészek minőségének megítéléséért (felszabadítás, elutasítás), beleértve az SAP-ban hozott alkalmazási döntéseket is.

• Kezeled a beszállítókkal kapcsolatos ügyeket és problémákat, például panaszokat/reklamációkat, OOS és deviációs eseteket, Third Party incidenseket és a kapcsolódó CAPA-kat.

• Évente értékeled a jóváhagyott beszállítók teljesítményét.

• Aktívan részt veszel a telephelyi időszakos minőségügyi jelentések (Product Quality Review) koordinálásában és összeállításában, hogy a jelentések határidőre és megfelelő minőségben készüljenek el.
   

A pozíció közvetlen managere: QA Compliance Manager

Elvárások:

• Szakirányú felsőfokú végzettség: Gyógyszerész, vegyészmérnök, mikrobiológus, vagy ezekkel egyenértékű végzettség

• Körülbelül 3 éves gyógyszeripari, QA compliance területen szerzett tapasztalat

• Megbízható tudás a cGMP és a hatósági előírások terén, minőségszemléletű gondolkodás

• Legalább középfokú, folyékony angol nyelvtudás

• MS Office programok ismerete

Hungarian Salary Range / Magyarországi bérsáv: HUF 8,871,750 to HUF 14,786,250The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
